One of these is Rwanda, whose number one export is coffee. This offering from the Rusiga region is a washed-processed bourbon variety that is complex, yet mild-bodied. Roasted from Fully City to Full City+ (medium-dark), one can detect fruit accents of berry and citrus with some slight floral characteristics as well as hint of black tea and/or graham cracker. There are a lot of layers to this complex bean! Regardless of the brew method, this roast is sure to impress.
