Ethiopia is regarded as the birthplace of the coffee bean so we would be remiss to not include a favorite from this amazing country. Some of the best coffee in the world comes from the Yirgacheffe region. This wet processed or “washed” bean produces a cup that has a bright clean taste. Roasted from Fully City to Full City+ (medium-dark), this Arabica bean is smooth yet complex, consisting of a delicate floral aroma with citrus notes. This offering can be enjoyed to the fullest through a French press or pour-over but does surprisingly well as an espresso or through a drip as well.
