Did you know that Brazil accounts for about one third of all coffee? One of our favorites comes from the Cerrado region of Brazil, known for producing coffee with a clean body that is well balanced and possesses a nice sweetness. We roast this Arabica bean from Full City to Full City+ (medium-dark) to help pull forward notes of caramel, nut and chocolate, with a creamy and malty feel as well, depending upon application. This coffee bean and roast does well with any brew method from drip to press to pour-over and it also makes for a fantastic espresso or cappuccino.
