Bourbon Infused

One of the two offerings from our “infused” line of coffee, this particular bean is infused with bourbon! We find this works well with both our Colombian and Rwanda bean so we change it up from time to time! We allow the beans to age in bourbon bottles for 10-14 days, allowing them to pick up that sweetness that good bourbon is known for. We then roast from Full City to Full City+ (medium-dark), with the end result being a cup of coffee that has a clean bourbon taste as its finish. Great as an after dinner cup of coffee or a cup of coffee for the bourbon lover! This coffee excels when brewed using drip, press and pour-over.
