Exhaust Adapters for Aillio Bullet

If you are an owner of the Aillio Bullet roaster, then this is a must-have part. The Aillio Bullet is an amazing roaster but out of the box it lacks an adapter to attach to your exhaust vent system. For a passive exhaust system that utilized just ducting and the adapter, these are available in 3″ or 4″ diameter to fit your exhaust pipe size. For those longer duct runs that utilize an inline fan, we recommend the 4″ secondary flex hose connector mated to the 3″ exhaust adapter. This additional connector leaves open space to allow the inline fan to do its job and pull the exhaust without affecting your roast. No matter your configuration, this part helps solve for those smoke-filled rooms during your roasting sessions!
Available in black only and using files created by the people at Aillio, this adapter is 3D printed using high quality PolyMax™ PC filament, which has a greater heat resistance compared to ABS and ASA. As this item is 3D printed and made to order, there may be slight imperfections from the printing process. Please follow all precautions when roasting and using these adapters. Aillio and Café Clemente will not be held responsible for any damages or losses.
Care and washing instructions: Hand wash ONLY. Not dishwasher safe.

Anonymous Roaster –
I’ve been very pleased with this product. The library in my town offers 3D printing service and I gave it a try, but the resulting adapter melted on the first roast. This one has proven to be very durable. I have it permanently mounted to my roaster with black silicone caulking. The silicone keeps the smoke from leaking out around the seams.

We are glad it has worked out so well for you! We find the PC filament to have excellent heat resistance, although will not last forever. We did get around 200 roasts on our personal exhaust adapter though!
