Café Clemente is a small batch, fresh roasting coffee company. We work with the best coffee importers in the United States and personally blend and roast each and every one of our exclusive coffee offerings and ship them directly to you.
All coffee is roasted fresh daily and shipped within 24 hours of roasting. All gear and apparel is in stock and ready to ship. While delays can happen at times, you can expect your order to be shipped 24-72 hours from when the order is placed unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Absolutely! We will provide you tracking information to the email address associated with your order once your order has shipped.
We ship anywhere within the United States. We unfortunately do not ship internationally and outside of the United States at this time.
We charge a flat fee for shipping of $4.95 per order. If you spend $50.00 or more, shipping is free!
Gear and Apparel can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for in-store credit, a refund, or a replacement. Coffee is unable to be returned for a credit or a refund. However, if there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to consume, bag(s) of coffee can be exchanged for any of our offerings that are of a similar value.

Keep coffee away from light and humidity. The best method is to keep it in the resealable bag we provide and store it in your pantry or cabinet. Please do not store your coffee in the refrigerator or freezer.
Stored properly, coffee can be considered “fresh” for up to 4 weeks. Stored in an airtight container, whole beans can remain fresh for longer than a month.
