We started out just like every other coffee drinker...  enjoying a cup of coffee amongst family and friends.  Maybe you can say that for me it truly started at a very young age, when I would want some of my father's coffee.  He would put a spoonful in a single-serving creamer cup.  Maybe I didn't know it then, but I know it now...  I was hooked.  As I got older it became a cup of good coffee from a diner when sitting amongst friends, jabbering about the week and what we all had planned for the weekend.  Or maybe it was a good cup of coffee from a local roastery, enjoyed during a stroll down main street.  Or maybe it is that Saturday you look forward to, huddling by the new espresso machine your father bought and thinking not only how great the espressos and cappuccinos are tasting, but also thinking that you can't wait to get your own.  Everyone has their own amazing stories and what once started as a social gathering amongst people of like tastes evolved into what Café Clemente is today.

I have a passion for providing fresh, good tasting coffee, sourcing my green coffee beans from the most reputable coffee importers in the United States.  Our inventory is constantly changing because coffee is a seasonal commodity.  Not to mention that variety is the spice of life!  but no matter what bean I carry, you can be assured of the quality.  Everyone has different tastes.  Some like a standard cup of coffee, some prefer the fruity undertones to shine through and others enjoy the more rustic and earthy tones that can be prevalent in some origins.  No matter what your preference, we enjoy them all and we roast them all to give everyone their favorite cup of coffee to start their day.
